These terms govern the use of the Ravilor website and the services provided through it. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. Definitions
The platform.
Ravilor is a licensed brokerage firm for trading watches within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
User
Anyone who uses the platform, whether a seller, buyer, or visitor.
The seller.
The owner of the watch who is offering it for sale or appraisal.
The buyer
The person who wants to buy a watch.
The watch.
Any original wristwatch offered for valuation or sale through the Ravelor platform, whether new or used, including all brands, with its accessories, if any.
2. The nature of the platform's role
2.1 The platform acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, with its task limited to displaying watches, facilitating the evaluation and inspection process, and assisting in completing the transaction. It is not considered a direct party to the sales contract between the two parties.
2.2 The Platform shall not be liable for the accuracy or correctness of the information provided by the Seller, except to the extent that it is actually verified through the Platform's inspection processes.
2.3 The Platform provides initial assessment, technical inspection, and authenticity verification services for watches in accordance with its approved procedures, without this constituting an absolute guarantee of detecting all defects or cases of forgery.

3. Seller's Obligations
The seller shall comply with the following:
Provide accurate and correct information about the watch, including its condition, model, photos, and accessories.
Ensuring its legal ownership and that it is free from any disputes or encumbrances.
Ensuring the authenticity of the watch and that it is not counterfeit or stolen.
Commitment to deliver the watch in the agreed-upon condition without any changes.
The platform reserves the right to refuse to display any watch without providing a reason.
4. Buyer's Obligations
The buyer shall comply with the following:
Enter correct and complete data when registering or purchasing.
Full payment for the watch is required before receipt or according to the approved payment mechanism.
Inspect the watch upon receipt and ensure it matches the description.
Report any feedback within a period not exceeding [number of days] days from the date of receipt.
5. Evaluation and Examination
The platform's initial assessment is based on the information provided by the seller, and this assessment is a preliminary, non-binding estimate.
The final price is determined after the watch has been physically inspected by the platform's specialists.
The seller is entitled to accept or reject the final price after inspection without any obligation.
6. Commissions and Fees
The Ravelor platform is entitled to a commission of [percentage] of the sale value.

7. Prohibited behaviors
The user is prohibited from engaging in any of the following behaviors:
Displaying or selling counterfeit, stolen, or of questionable origin watches.
Providing incorrect or misleading information.
Completing off-platform transactions with parties identified through it.
Using the platform for any illegal or unlawful activity.
8. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the Ravelor platform, including texts, designs, images, and logos, is the property of the platform and is protected by the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It may not be used or republished without prior permission.
9. Account Suspension
The platform has the right to suspend or terminate any user's account if:
Violation of Terms and Conditions
Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
A request from an official or judicial body
10. Limits of Liability
The platform shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.
The platform does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In all cases, the platform's liability is limited to the value of the commission received only.
11. Force Majeure
The platform shall not be held liable for any delay or breach in the provision of the service in the event of circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government decisions, or technical malfunctions.
12. Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Disputes shall initially be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, the matter shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities.
13. Amendment of Terms
Ravelor has the right to modify these terms at any time, and the user's continued use of the platform after the modification is considered implicit consent to the new terms.
