This policy regulates the cases and procedures for order cancellations and refunds via the Ravelor platform, in accordance with the e-commerce regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Cancel the evaluation request
The seller has the right to cancel the evaluation request at any time before the platform receives the watch without any fees.
After receiving the watch and conducting the inspection, the seller has the right to refuse the final price and refund the watch, while bearing any inspection or shipping fees.
2. Cancel purchase order
The buyer can cancel the purchase order before payment confirmation without any obligation.
After payment confirmation and before the watch is shipped, the buyer can request cancellation and a full refund within [number of] business days.
After the watch has been shipped, cancellation is subject to the approved return policy.
3. Returns after receipt
The buyer is entitled to request a return of the watch within [number of days] days from the date of receipt only in the following cases:
There is a significant difference between the watch received and the description provided.
Proof that the watch is not authentic
There is an undisclosed technical defect.
4. Cases where refunds are not accepted
The refund request will not be accepted in the following cases:

5. Return procedures
