This policy governs the terms and obligations of sellers on our site, and outlines the mechanism for displaying, evaluating, and completing the sale of watches.
1. Watch display conditions
The seller is obligated to provide accurate and correct information about the watch, including the model, condition, year of purchase, photos, and accessories.
The watch must be legally owned by the seller and free of any disputes or encumbrances.
The watch must be authentic, not counterfeit, stolen, or subject to a legal dispute.
The platform reserves the right to reject any offer or evaluation request without providing a reason.
2. Evaluation and Pricing
The initial valuation is based on information provided by the seller, and this valuation is a preliminary, non-binding estimate.
The final price is determined after the watch has been physically inspected by the platform's specialists.
The final price may differ from the initial estimate based on the actual condition of the watch.
The seller is entitled to accept or reject the final price after inspection without any obligation.
3. Handing over the watch
The seller is obligated to deliver the watch to the platform or according to the agreed-upon mechanism to complete the inspection or sale.
The watch must be delivered in the described condition without any changes.
In the event of a material discrepancy between the actual condition and the description, the platform reserves the right to adjust the price or reject the transaction.
4. Commissions and Fees
The site is entitled to a commission from the sale value, which is deducted upon completion of the transaction.
Additional fees may be charged for services such as inspection, shipping, or documentation, as clarified to the seller.
All fees are subject to VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Canceling the order and returning the watch
The seller has the right to cancel the evaluation request at any time before the platform receives the watch without any fees.
After receiving the watch and conducting the inspection, the seller has the right to reject the final price and retrieve the watch, bearing the inspection or shipping fees, if any.
The watch is returned to the seller in accordance with the procedures approved by the platform.
6. Seller's Responsibility
The seller bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided about the watch.
The seller acknowledges that the watch is genuine and not a counterfeit.
The seller shall bear any legal consequences if the contrary is proven.
7. Prohibited behaviors
The seller is prohibited from engaging in any of the following behaviors:
Displaying counterfeit, stolen, or watches of questionable origin.
Providing incorrect or misleading information.
