This policy outlines the shipping and delivery provisions adopted by the Ravelor platform and constitutes part of the platform's general terms and conditions.
Article 1: Shipping Mechanism
The platform relies on insured and certified shipping companies, with a mandatory tracking number provided for every shipment.
Each shipment must be insured for an amount no less than the final price of the watch, and the selection of the shipping company is the exclusive right of the Platform, in accordance with its operational standards.
Article 2: Liability and Custody During Shipment
2.1 The Platform's Responsibility Prior to Shipment
The platform assumes custody of the watch from the moment it is received from the seller until it is handed over to the shipping company, and bears liability for any damage occurring during this period, up to a maximum of the watch's final price.
2.2 Liability after handover to the shipping company
Upon handing over the watch to the shipping company, liability transfers to it within the limits of the approved insurance policy.
The platform commits to coordinating with the shipping company to settle shipment-related claims on behalf of the user when necessary.
2.3 Claims for Damaged or Lost Shipments
The Platform must be notified in writing of any damaged or lost shipment within three (3) business days from the date of receipt or the notification of loss.
Any notification made after this period forfeits the right to make a claim against the Platform, without prejudice to the User's right to seek recourse directly from the shipping company in accordance with its regulations and procedures.
Article 3: Delivery Periods
Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Shipments are expected to be delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of shipment.
If the delay exceeds seven (7) business days, the user has the right to file a formal report to track the shipment's status.
Outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (when international shipping is available)
Delivery is expected within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and shipping procedures.
The platform bears no responsibility for customs delays or regulatory requirements associated with the destination country.
The buyer alone bears all customs duties, import taxes, and any regulatory requirements associated with international shipping.
